1 out of 5 stars Doesn't Work   July 20, 2008

Tried to use yesterday on a bike ride. Tiny hole. Would not hold air after 25 pounds. Don't buy. Lucky I had spare tube with me.

1 out of 5 stars Does not work!!!!   July 10, 2008

OK,

Used these patches on two seperate scooter tires. Followed directions and the patch seemed to stick perfectly. As soon as air pressure was applied the patch let go, and this happen twice!!!! Also tried using one on my son's little duck bathtub, the next day the duck was dead. Horrible product. Stick with the old glue and rubber patch, you can't beat it.

5 out of 5 stars Easy & Works Great   April 24, 2008

After I stuck these on I was a little nervous another flat was going to happen. But that was proven wrong. I have been using these for about a week now after I ran over some glass on my back tire. The hole I had was able to be patched by these Skabs. I am now running my mountain bike tire at 48.5 PSI and no problems going on or off curbs, going off jumps and or hitting potholes. I am really pleased with this product so far. I recommend buying these to fix small holes < 2 mm. Also, I don't know what the winter performance is like, becasue I ride my bike at down to -10 *F so for then I will probably replace the tube encase the patch fails in the extreme cold.

5 out of 5 stars Worked great, better than Super Patches!   December 14, 2007

These stuck fine for me. They are round instead of square like Super Patches and the tire rougher is metal instead of sandpaper. Seems to work just fine and stick well. They seem a little heavier than Super Patches which tend to crinkle and air-pocket. These are green opaque but don't seem to air-pocket as much as the others.

2 out of 5 stars simply doesn't work   November 25, 2007

I had a small punture that was about 1/3 cm wide. I followed the instructions and used the patch after I roughened up the area. It looked like it was sealed properly, but within 12 hours the tire was flat again. I tried it again and this time I gave it a day to stick before I inflated the tire. It worked a little better, but still got flat. The only reason why I gave this product 2 stars is because the tire levers included makes it a whole lot easier to remove and replace the tire.
